Persian language and literature, be it verse or prose, has always been a favorite for people. In this way, Faiz Ahmad Faiz has also been captivated by the influence of this literature. All of Faiz's Urdu words have an immense use of Persian techniques. In addition, most of the titles of Faiz's work are in Persian techniques, for example: The manuscripts are Wafa, Naqsh-e-Frayadi, Dast-e-Saba, Dast-Tah-Sang, Zindan-Nama, Sir-Wadi-Sina, Sham-i-Shahryar-Aran, Ghbar-e-Iyam, Mata-e-Loh-W-Kalen, Mal-W-Sal-Ashnai and Mizan. In addition, most of Faiz’s poetry and prose collections have some Persian poem at the beginning. Then there are also poems that are completely Persian, sometimes complete Persian verses. Persian poems also give assurances and hints. Many places in the prose collections mention the importance and position of Persian language and literature.Faiz Ahmed Faiz also translated many parts of "Pyam-e-Mashriq" at the request of Iqbal Academy on the centenary celebration of Allama Iqbal and there is also an Urdu translation of the Persian ghazal of "Uthman Haruni" at the end of "Nuskha Haye Wafa.”
