Poetry is a reflection of a person's inner state. Pakistani poetesses have used sound variations, appropriate vocabulary, literary techniques and terminology to shape their imaginations and experiences into a distinctive writing style. Their emotions, imaginations and feelings appear as creations of their minds, portraying their inner selves. A poet’s writing style is a direct reflection of their personality. Every poet has a unique way of expressing themselves—through their choice of words, language, expressions and writing techniques. Pakistani poetess have infused their poetry with a diverse range of themes, styles, and experiences, giving it a unique tone. They have written Urdu poetry in a refined, concise and prose-like manner. While maintaining a connection to tradition, they have also embraced innovation, often diverging from classical forms. Modern poets, in particular, have favored prose poetry as a means of expressing their thoughts. The rhythm and natural freshness in their poetry sustain its intensity and passion. With changing times, Pakistani poetess have introduced a new, distinctive, and refined style to Urdu poetry.
