Abstract

Allama Zouqi Muzaffar Nagri (1921-2013) has a unique identity as a well-known poet in Urdu literature. Moreover, he has provided proof of his technical skills in all genres of literature. However, in the field of prose, his writings are unique in Urdu literature regarding “Ilm-e-Arooz.” Especially Allama Zouqi Muzaffar Nagri has written on such a dry and serious subject of “Ilm-e-Arooz”, due to this his writings, has been plenty of interest for his readers. In this regard, it is especially noteworthy that he has made such a difficult subject colorful for his readers with the help of his smooth and lively style of narration. In the article under study, scribe has tried to present the writings of Allama Zouqi Muzaffar Nagri, ased on the “Ilm-e-Arooz” in a research and critical manner.
